Finance Lead

Job Role

The candidate will build and lead our Financial Planning & Analysis practise for both domestic and international clients. He/she will lead discussion with clients, will work on the implementation projects for various Financial solutions/Analysis as per client preference to improve their Financial planning process. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations and everything in-between. The variety of projects provide a dynamic and highly challenging opportunity to grow and learn.

Notice period – Max 30 days 
Location – Permanent Remote 
Experience – 3 to 5 years
Salary – 5 to 6 lakhs per annum (negotiable for deserving candidates)

Required Skills

  • In depth knowledge of Corporate financial budgeting and Forecasting.
  • Hands on experience in all aspects of Financial accounting, finance, audits & compliance, preparation of Balance sheets. 
  • Must have a strong understanding on the various IT application being used these days. Exposure to SAP / ERP environment, Data Analysis and forecasting based on the industry trend is a must.
  • GAAP, IFRS knowledge desirable
  • Understanding customer business requirements, develop requirement specifications documentation.
  • Assist clients in the selection, implementation and support of solutions.
  • Perform training of customer end users on the solutions.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration related activities.
  • Preparation of Status reports, Project plans, Activity Plans for robust project management as and when required.
  • Build strong network with Bankers and Financial Institutions.
  • Balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders with emphasis on follow through and reporting.
  • Adept in handling technically complex and fast-changing environment, respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.

Personal Attributes

  • CA or MBA Finance with at least 3-5 years of experience in Finance department.
  • General computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Advanced skill in MS Excel is a must have.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously.
  • Good team player, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative.
  • Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally.
