Plan against the limits that actually bind
Define each vehicle's capacity in pallets, units and weight, with an optional cost per load. Planamind works out which limit is reached first for every load and tells you which one it was. Orders are rounded to whole pallets and minimum order quantities before loads are built.
Several SKUs, one shared vehicle
Orders using the same vehicle, from the same origin, on the same day are pooled into shared loads, and one vehicle can drop at several destinations. Fewer vehicles carry the same volume.
Use the space you are already paying for
When the last vehicle has room left, Planamind brings later orders forward to fill it, first in proportion to each SKU's need and then to the SKUs with the fewest days of stock. It never adds a vehicle to do this, never adds volume, and never moves orders for shelf-life items.

A cost and fill view shows trucks planned, unused space, freight cost and the cost of empty space, with a trend across plan runs. The lane table is sorted worst first, so the most expensive waste is at the top.
